Big Creek Fall Bike Ride

The Big Creek Fall Bike Ride takes place each year in Polk City, Iowa. Enjoy a bike ride along Saylorville and Big Creek Lake, through the beautiful countryside of Polk County.

The ride offers 2 routes that begin and end at the Polk City Town Square. The 12-mile route takes the Neal Smith Trail to Big Creek State Park and back to Polk City. The 40-mile route rolls through Big Creek State Park, Slater, Ankeny, Saylorville Lake and back to Polk City. SAG wagons and water stations are provided along both routes.

Early registration includes an official Big Creek Fall Bike Ride long sleeved t-shirt. All registered riders will receive free breakfast items and are eligible to sign up for free prizes to be awarded at the end of the ride.

Note: The Big Creek Fall Bike Ride has been replaced by Big Creek Bikes and Brews.
