Discover the Katy Trail is a bike ride along Missouri's Katy Trail, in which nine towns along the Katy Trail host a series of events to spotlight the country's longest recreational path carved from a converted rail line. The highlighted towns along the route include Clinton, Sedalia, Boonville, Rocheport, Jefferson City, Hermann, Gore, Augusta, and St. Charles.
The ride is sponsored by the Missouri Rivers Communities Network, a Katy Trail merchants group, and the Missouri Department of Natural Resources. Activities along the way will include music, wine tastings and vineyard tours.
