Pedaling for Missions is a family-friendly Wichita, Kansas ride to benefit the kids' camp sponsored by the Heart of Kansas Southern Baptist Association each summer. Participants may ride, jog, walk, skate, etc. any distance between 1 and 20 miles.
The ride leaves from OJ Watson Park in Wichita at 10 a.m. and takes place on the bike path alongside the Arkansas River. Riders may ride as much or as little of the path as they feel they are able. Within the course there will be designated "stop" spots or "turn-around" spots so riders can best ride the distance for which they feel they are capable. Children (with parent), teens, and adults of all ages are welcome to participate.
All funds raised will be for the Heart of Kansas Southern Baptist Association to assist with the co-sponsoring of our Kids' Camp which is held each summer.
