Project Playscape Gravel Ride

The Project Playscape Gravel Ride is a fund-raiser for Project Playscape in Americus, Kansas, which hopes to purchase new playground equipment for Americus City Park, to benefit the children and families of the Americus Community.

The ride offers 15-mile and 30-mile routes through the beautiful and rugged Flint Hills region of east-central Kansas. Particiupants receive an award for completion of the ride.

With the help of the Americus Community, Surrounding Communities, and all of you, Project Playscape is raising money to put new play equipment in the Americus City Park. Their goal to reach is $40,000 and Jones Foundation will provide matching funds! The estimated finish date is before Americus Days 2011.

To pre-register at a discounted rate, packets are available in Americus City office or KansasLand Bank. Call Britney at 620-794-1685 if you would like a registration packet mailed to you. Or you can register the day of the ride.
