The goal of the Show-Me 100 is to provide the Columbia, Missouri community with a family-friendly opportunity to help the local Ronald McDonald House of Mid-Missouri.

Participants can ride in a 100 mile (Century), 62 mile (Metric Century), 31 mile (Half Metric Century) or 3 mile family fun ride. All the rides will start and finish at the Parkade Center in Columbia, Missouri.

Whether you are a cyclist looking for a challenging ride with support and service, a member of a cycling club or team looking to show your support for the Ronald McDonald House, a family searching for a Saturday morning activity, or someone interested in training for a goal, the event offers a fun-filled day for you! In addition to the ride, they will host a lifestyle festival including vendors, music, and other family-friendly activities.

Is the Lifestyle Festival just for the riders or can anyone go?
The Lifestyle Festival is open to the public, invite family and friends to cheer you on.
Will I need to bring food for the ride?
Lunch will be provided for the Century and Metric Century rides. After the rides there will be a Lifestyle Festival with food, music, fitness booths and a beer garden.
If I don’t ride what can I do to help?
There are many sponsorship opportunities; you may also volunteer the day of the ride. Contact Summer at the RMHC of Mid-MO at 573-443-7666  or email summer@rmhcmidmo.org . Or, support a rider through First Giving.
How do I raise money as a rider?
Register with Firstgiving and send a link for your personal page to all your friends and family. Go to www.firstgiving.com/RMHCMM and start fundraising.
How do I get a jersey?
If you raise $500 or more for the RMHC of Mid-MO you will receive a Show-Me 100 cycling jersey. If you raise $1,000 or more for the RMHC of Mid-MO you will be eligible for a drawing to win a pair of high quality road bike shorts.
Will there be support for riders?
We will have rest stops approximately every 10 miles for the rides, where we will have water, snacks, portable bathrooms and tech support. We will also have SAG vehicles.
What do I need to ride?
Riders should wear a secure helmet and plan to carry everything that they need with them on the ride. There will be rest stops with refreshments throughout the rides.
