His 20-mile round-trip commute gave him an energy boost and a sense of accomplishment, but he doesn’t expect to become a full-time commuter: “Not because of the inconvenience or effort, but because of the lack of bike lanes on any north-south routes between Edmond and Oklahoma City. I know how to ride in traffic, but I don’t enjoy it.”
