KC talks a big game, but they are too busy trying to figure out how to one up each other in regards to city politics or trying to shutdown the power and light district. It unfortunate that the bicycling improvements will join the mass transit on the pile of pipe dreams for KC. They build a billion dollar bridge, and refuse to put in bike/pedestrian lanes, WHY????? My guess it will be more lucrative to pay a contractor later to do it.
