Midwest Bicycle Fest 2009

The 5th annual Midwest Bicycle Fest is Sunday, September 27th from 10:00am – 4:00pm at Riggs Park in Haysville, KS. Come show, talk, view and ride bicycles of all kinds including antiques, customs, cruisers, choppers and the rare and unusual.

  • $1 raffle to win a new cruiser bicycle.
  • Door prizes.
  • Skid and limbo contests.
  • A Kustom and Classic “People’s Choice” award.
  • Parade ride.
  • The 7 person conference bike will be giving rides and accepting donations for the Kyle Hicks fund.
  • Free hot dogs and BBQ, festival t-shirts, music by Accent Mobile Music and more!

The Midwest bicycle Fest is a free, fun event for the whole family. Bring a bike or bring 10 bikes. This event has drawn bicycle enthusiasts from as far away as Oklahoma, Missouri and Nebraska.

The Midwest Bicycle Fest is organized by the Coasters Bicycle Club of Wichita, an informal group of kustom and antique bicycle enthusiasts that plans and hosts bicycle-related events and rides, and exchanges news and info on the kustom and classic bicycle scene in the Wichita area.
