Oklahoma Bicycle Society

The Oklahoma Bicycle Society was organized in 1973 to promote all aspects of bicycling in the state of Oklahoma. Most of OBS's 400+ members live in the central part of the state in or near Oklahoma City, but there are also members scattered throughout the state and several who reside in surrounding states. Within the ranks of our membership, one can find expert advice on any subject from ride routes to equipment selection and from racing and touring to repair and maintenance.

The club is dedicated to the promotion of bicycling as a safe and enjoyable outdoor activity, and actively supports local, state and national programs which will benefit bicycling. The club also publishes a monthly newsletter and sponsors a year-round program of weekly rides which range from slow-paced family outings to others which will test the abilities of the most experienced riders.
