Barber State Fishing Lake is located near Medicine Lodge, Kansas, and features 77 water acres, along with 113 acres of land -- 100 acres of grassland and 13 acres of timber.
Barber State Fishing Lake provides free primitive camping anywhere on the property. Picnic shelters and pit toilets are provided, but there is no potable water.
