Crank Out Hunger is an annual bicycle ride in Lee's Summit, Missouri that helps to raise funds and awareness for the Coldwater Food Pantry, which feeds hungry people in Lee's Summit and is continuously growing. The funds raised on the ride go directly to funding the food pantry to give food and hope back to the citizens in Lee's Summit, MO.
There are 13, 18, 24, and 40-mile routes to choose from. Each loop starts and ends from the parking lot at Lee's Summit Subaru. There will be support available on each of the loops as well as one rest stop in the middle of each loop. The Subaru parking lot and rest stops will have snacks and water available for the riders. The Subaru lot will also have bike support sponsored by Bike America.
After the bike ride there will be a family picnic. All the registered riders will eat for free and can bring family and friends for a small donation.
