Ride with the Wind for Special Olympics

Ride with the Wind for Special Olympics is an annual event that tours the Windmills of Northwestern Missouri on a 55-mile ride through the rolling hills of beautiful Dekalb County, Missouri. The ride benefits Special Olympics Missouri, which promotes acceptance and inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities through sports.

The route begins and ends in Maysville, and travels to Union Star, King City, and Fairport. Registration is $25, and riders are encouraged to secure additional sponsorship. Prizes will be awarded to the top three fundraisers. All Entrants will receive an Event T-Shirt, Snack bag to begin the ride, and Lunch at the Alternative Energy Museum in King City.
