The Tour de Tulsa (TdT) has been a spring cycling fixture for Tulsa, Oklahoma cyclists for over 20 years. Offering several ride lengths, it serves as an introduction to larger touring events for new cyclists and those who are just a bit "rusty." It is also a traditional training ride for the Oklahoma FreeWheel tour.
The Tour de Tulsa benefits Tulsa's Community Health Foundation, a non-profit organization that serves as an advocate of healthy lifestyle choices in the Tulsa community.
The Tour de Tulsa offers routes ranging from 30 to 100 miles, as well as a 10-mile family fun ride. Helmets are mandatory for all ride participants, and the ride features top-quality rest stops throughout the route.
