The Tour of Missouri is an annual professional bicycle race across the state of Missouri, featuring top professional cyclists and teams from around the world.
The 2009 edition of the event will be run in a westerly direction, starting in St. Louis on September 7th and ending in Kansas City on September 13th, with other tour stops including the communities of Ste. Genevieve, Cape Girardeau, Farmington, Rolla, St. James, Jefferson City, Sedalia, Chillicothe, and St. Joseph. The overall mileage for the course is more than 600 miles.
