Kansas Cyclist - Kansas Bicycle Guide and Reference

Looking for an early fall ride? Then please join us for a day of bicycling in beautiful Pottawatomie County, Kansas.

The annual Yellow Brick Road Ride takes place each year on the first Saturday in October. The ride begins and ends at Wamego High School, 8th and Elm Street, Wamego, KS. The net proceeds from the ride will help fund the WAM-SAG-MAN Recreational Trail that will begin in Wamego and connect with Saint George and Manhattan's Linear Trail.

The Yellow Brick Road Ride includes three routes: 15 miles, 28 miles, and 50 miles. Registration fee includes a Yellow Brick Road Ride T-shirt, breakfast before the ride, and full SAG support with rest stops approximately every 8-13 miles with beverages and snacks provided.
