Kansas Cyclist - Kansas Bicycle Guide and Reference

Bicycle Advocacy of Central Arkansas (BACA) is an advocacy group working to increase public awareness of the rights of bicyclists and bicycle safety on the roads and trails of Arkansas. BACA's goals include developing trails for bicycling and encouraging the use of bicycles for recreation and transportation. The organization has four main purposes:

• To serve as an advocacy organization organized to promote and encourage the use of the bicycle and other alternative bicycle compatible means of recreation and transportation
• To encourage the development and utilization of facilities for bicycling and other bicycle compatible recreational and transportation uses
• To provide information in the interest of bicycle safety
• And to espouse and uphold the rights of bicyclists and other users of alternative means of bicycle compatible recreation and transportation.
