Gravel Ride for Maisie's Pride is a fund raiser for the community pool in Eskridge, KS (Maisie's Pool). Maisie Devore saved alluminum cans for 30 years to get the pool built, so it means a lot to the community.
There will be at least 3 loops. The short loop will be roughly 20 miles of scenic Flint Hills gravel. The medium loop will be closer to 35 miles of challenging Fllint Hills stuff. For those insane folks training for the Dirty Kanza 200, 70ish miles of the rough tough stuff. This loop is the perfect "Pre DK" experience, utilizing some of the nastiness of past Dirty Kanza 200's, mixed with terrain most have not ridden yet.
The ride will start at Masie's pool approximately 8:00am. Then out onto the gravel roads around Eskridge, KS. The ride will be scenic, challenging and most of all, it will be a blast! The entry fee is $35.00 and includes lunch!
