This web site is a comprehensive resource for this popular rail-to-trail conversion. The state's official Katy Trail site is also a useful resource. The Katy Trail Ride is an annual, fully-supported, week-long bicycle tour on this scenic trail.

Stocksdale and Walnut Woods Trail
Liberty, Missouri trails built as a cooperative effort between Earth Riders Trails Association, Missouri Department of Conservation, and the City of Liberty. The trails are designed to be beginner-friendly, but yet offer features that will appeal to the more advanced riders. There are currently about 3 miles of trail, with plans for another 3+ miles in the near future.
