The Portland Alley Pedalfest is an annual bicycling festival that takes place in Iola, Kansas. The Portland Alley Pedalfest offers a weekend of bikes, music, food, drinks, camping, and fun in the region of southeast Kansas known as "Portland Alley" due to its legacy of Portland cement manufacturing.

The Portland Alley Pedalfest offers rides of 25, 50, 75, and 100 miles, along with self-guided and self-supported route options linking together local attractions. Routes include portions of the Southwind Rail Trail, the Prairie Spirit Trail, the Lehigh Portland Trails, and the Trans-America Bicycle Route. The festival, and all routes, are centered at Riverside Park in Iola.

The event is hosted by Thrive Allen County and Bike Allen County, as a way to showcase the burgeoning biking culture in Allen County, Kansas.
